Ingredients
Flaxseed oil
3 tbsp or 41g
Directions
- Mix the cottage cheese and flaxseed oil together with a hand blender until the consistency is a creamy substance. Make sure the oil is not sitting on top of the cottage cheese and is only visible from changing the cottage cheese to a light yellow tint.
- Grind the 2 tbsps of flaxseed in a coffee grinder until the seeds become a fluffy powdery substance. Pour this on your cottage cheese and flaxseed oil mixture. Add blueberries and eat! Note: Flaxseeds go rancid after 15 minutes of being ground so be sure to consume this food soon after you prepare it. Eat all of it. Do not save any for leftovers as the oil will go bad quickly.
