- Preheat Oven To 425' F.
- Season Chicken With Salt And Pepper. Add a tbsp. of oil to a Cast Iron Skillet Or Oven Proof Dish and add chicken.
- Bake Chicken For About 20 Minutes, Flip Chicken Over And Continue Baking For Another 20 Minutes Or Until Juices Run Clear.
- Remove pan from oven and add veggie blend. Since the veggies are fully cooked, I placed in oven for about 5 minutes but turned off heat.
- Remove from oven and serve warm. Enjoy!
