  1. Set Broiler To High Or 500f
  2. Take A Baking Sheet And If Not Already Non-stick Add A Layer Of Tin Foil. Put a large pan over medium heat
  3. Cut Half A Red Onion Into Cubes However Large You Like And Do The Same To An Entire Bell Pepper (doesn't Matter What Colour). Drain pineapple and cut into desired thickness.
  4. Add Veggies To Baking Sheet And Drizzle With Olive Oil Season With Salt And Pepper And Mix Together. make sure everything is nice qnd flat.
  5. cut chicken to roughly the same size as the veggies.
  6. add 1TBSP of olive oil to the pan and add chicken
  7. at the same time put the veggies under the boiler for at least 8-9 minutes
  8. add taco seaaoning to the chicken and cook until done (this is where you can add some spice if you want a jalapeño or whatnot)
  9. When Everything Is Done add it to an appropriately sized bowl and mix everthing together (add lime juice or zest for added flavour)
  10. carefully clean the pan used for the chicken and set it on medium low to low heat
  11. Shred Cheese And Put About 1 Tbsp Of Mixture Onto A Small Tortilla With Some Cheese. fold over half of the tortilla to make a taco shape.
  12. Add As Many As Can Fit To The Dry Pan (i can fit 3 in my largest pan) The Pan Must Be Dry.
  13. fry until golden on both sides and enjoy!
