Directions

  1. Pound chicken breasts to about 1/3 inch thick.
  2. Place a slice of ham and 1/2 oz of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast.
  3. Roll up the chicken breasts and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Dip each rolled chicken breast in a mixture of melted butter and beaten egg.
  5. Roll the chicken in Parmesan cheese and place in a buttered baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until browned and tender.
