  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick wok or fry pan over a medium to high heat. Add the sesame seeds, garlic, ginger and vegetables and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the chicken breast, season with salt and pepper and cook for a further 2-3 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked.Add the cooked rice, oyster sauce and basil leaves, along with ¼ cup of water. Gently fold in all the ingredients for 2 minutes, until the basil has wilted and the rice is coated.Serve topped with extra basil leaves.
