  1. Place eggs in a pan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Drain, peel, and set aside.
  2. Break or chop the cauliflower into small florets. Microwave in a covered container with a small amount of water, or steam on the stove until fork-tender.
  3. Drain cauliflower and place in a medium bowl. Chop the eggs and add them to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, sugar, and pickle relish. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. Combine the chopped vegetables and dressing with the cauliflower and egg mixture. Garnish with herbs or paprika if desired. Chill until ready to serve.
