Directions
- Lightly coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Warm the tortilla in the skillet for 30 seconds per side. Place the warmed tortilla on a plate.
- Whisk the egg and egg whites together. Pour into the warmed skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until set.
