Beef Lo Mein

Directions
- Stir sauce ingredients together, then set aside.
- Slice steak into thin strips. Marinate steak in a bowl for 10 minutes with 1 tsp soy sauce and corn starch (really rub and press into the steak).
- Boil up a pot of water and cook lo mein noodles (follow instructions on the packet), set noodles aside when done.
- Heat cast iron skillet to medium high heat, and add vegetable oil, then steak once hot. Cook steak for about 2 minutes (it's not pink to the eye anymore), then add carrots and broccoli and 1 minced garlic clove. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring often, until vegetables are tender.
- Add cooked lo mein noodles and sauce, and mix together and only cook for another minute, then turn heat off (you don't want your sauce to evaporate). Plate, and top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
