Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned. Push the turkey to one side of the pan.
  4. Add the broccoli to the pan and cook until slightly softened. Stir in the Italian seasoning and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  5. Pour the pasta sauce into the pan and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Spread the cooked pasta in an even layer in a greased baking dish. Top with the turkey and broccoli mixture.
  7. Chop the basil leaves and sprinkle over the top.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
