Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and position a rack in the middle. Lightly grease a baking sheet and set it aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, melted butter, crushed garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Add the mushrooms and stir to coat. Let them sit for at least 15 minutes.
