  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Coat a doughnut pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine bananas, egg, applesauce, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix flours, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, then stir into the banana mixture.
  3. Spoon 1/3 cup of batter into each cup of the doughnut pan. Bake for 12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
  4. For the cream cheese glaze, mix together cream cheese and sugar in a shallow bowl, then stir in milk.
