Ingredients
Bagels
Plain, enriched, with calcium propionate (includes onion, poppy, sesame)
1 medium bagel or 105g
Turkey bacon, unprepared
2 slice 12 oz pkg or 32g
Cheddar cheese
1 oz or 28g
Directions
- Place bagel in toaster/toaster oven/oven.
- Microwave turkey bacon, about 2 minutes, until crisp. Meanwhile, heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and coat with non-stick spray. Add beaten eggs to the pan and swirl to coat the bottom. Allow eggs to cook over medium/medium-low heat until completely set.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the eggs, then fold eggs (if needed) to fit the bagel. Place eggs on bagel half and top with bacon. Bring halves together. Enjoy!
