- Barbecue sauce

Directions
- Bring a saucepan of water to a boil. Carefully crack the egg into the boiling water, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for about 4 minutes for a runny yolk, then carefully lift the egg out with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Slice the bagel in half and toast for a couple of minutes.
- Spread the toasted bagel evenly with the barbecue sauce and yogurt.
