- Bring 2 medium sized pots of water to boil.
- In one pan, boil noodles for 4 minutes or according to instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the other pan, boil frozen peas and spinach for 3 minutes. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry prawns in pan until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
- Once all is cooked add noodles, peas, and spinach to the prawns and sauté until heated evenly though.
- Toss with the soy sauce and heat one more minute.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
