- Remove the pit from avocado and scoop out avocado into blender.
- Pulse-blend the avocado, Greek yogurt, garlic, basil and lemon juice. Once blended and the texture is smooth, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare pasta as per package directions; set aside.
- Season chicken breast with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high and coat with oil. Add chicken and cook for about 7-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink.
