Ingredients

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Meanwhile, cook quinoa according to package directions.
- Add olive oil to a large roasting tray. Add the squash and toss in the oil. Roast for 10 minutes, then add cauliflower, cumin, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Roast for an additional 20 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, lentils, kale, and radicchio.
- Once the vegetables are roasted and slightly cooled, mix them into the salad.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together tahini, balsamic vinegar, water, garlic powder, miso, and nutritional yeast until smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well to coat all ingredients.
