Directions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. Chop the onions, garlic, and basil. Juice the lime.
  3. Heat the oil in a large pan over low-medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
