Ingredients
Directions
- Add all your dry McGriddles cake ingredients into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Then, add your wet ingredients and mix until you have a pancake batter consistency.
- Preheat your stove top pan to a 6/10 heat. Once preheated, spray the bottoms of your silicone molds with nonstick cooking spray and add to the pan. Add 1/4th of your pancake batter to each one. Add a cover on top and cook until you see bubbles start to form. Take off the molds and flip. Cook for another minute or so on that side
- Once your pancakes are done, use the molds to cook your egg white patties. Do the same process of spraying the bottoms, but this time, let them get really hot so the egg whites don’t spill out of them. Add 75g of egg whites to each one with a pinch of salt. Add a cover and cook until no longer liquidy on top.
- Lastly, cook your turkey sausage patties.
- Assemble: pancake, cheese, sausage, egg, pancake.
