Directions
- Set out butter to soften. Add artichoke hearts to microwave safe bowl and add butter. Microwave for 10 to 15 seconds. Use paper towels and press down to absorb as much liquid as possible
- Spray small frying pan with non-stick spray and place over medium heat. Butter one side of 1 piece of bread and place buttered-side down in pan. Layer one slice of the cheese, the turkey, and artichoke hearts, on top. Add second slice of cheese. Butter one side of the other piece of bread and place butter side up on tip of sandwich
- Cook until the bottom is toasty brown. Use spatula and flip sandwich so the top can cook.
- Once both sides are evenly browned, serve and enjoy!
