Ingredients
Cabbage, kimchi
1 cup or 150g
Brown sugar
½ tbsp or 5g
Directions
- Spread pork belly slices onto a pan, sprinkle brown sugar, and fry until golden brown.
- Add water, coarse red pepper powder, minced garlic, and dark soy sauce. Let it boil.
- Once the ingredients are mixed, add kimchi and stir-fry.
- Add onions and stir-fry lightly. Add green onion, and turn off the heat.
- Mix well. Add sesame oil and mix again.
- Place the tofu on a plate and cut into decent sizes.
- Place stir-fried kimchi next to the tofu. Enjoy!
