  1. Crumble your goat cheese in a bowl. Mix in cream cheese, sundried tomatos and dill, until it is like a paste. Season with salt and pepper. Cut 1/2 moon slices in the slits all across the salmon, in the center "chunky" portion of the salmon. Season salmon to your liking. Using a spoon, scoop your cheese stuffing inside of the salmon. Cover with foil and seal to baking sheet. Place in a 350 oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
