Directions
- Boil the potatoes for 5-7 minutes or until fork tender. Add the corn to the boiling water for the last two minutes of the potatoes cooking time.
- Cook the sausages until they are done.
- Heat a small saucepan on low heat. Add the butter, garlic, and seasonings. Simmer on low for about 5 minutes, or until the garlic is softened, being sure to stir frequently.
- Cut sausages about 1 inch pieces and cut the heart of palm in the middle diagonally.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the oven bag in an oven safe dish. Add the potatoes, heart of palm, sausage, shrimp, and corn in the bag. Drizzle the shrimp crab boil concentrate and the garlic butter on top. Mix the ingredients together well inside the bag, being sure to evenly coat the contents. Tie a loose knot just above the ingredients.
