  1. Combine olive oil, 1/4 cup greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the chicken breasts, and toss until well-combined. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 1 hour before grilling.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the yogurt sauce. Add the remaining 3/4 cup greek yogurt, 1/4 cucumber, fresh dill, and garlic granules to a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Next, combine chopped tomatoes, 3/4 cucumber, and red onion in a small bowl, season to taste with salt and fresh ground pepper. Set aside.
  4. Grill the chicken over a stovetop medium-high heat, using a grill pan for 12-15 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165. F Occasionally brush chicken with oil to prevent it from getting too dry. You can also use a traditional barbecue grill.
  5. Allow chicken to cool before slicing into bite-size pieces. In the meantime, lightly toast the pita bread flipping it from side to side on the grill for 1-2 mins.
  6. Assemble the pita wrap. Using 1 pita per serving, place a 1/2 cup chopped lettuce, 1/2 chicken breast (4 oz), 3 tablespoons yogurt sauce, 1/4 of the tomato, cucumber, onion mix, and top with 1 tablespoon feta cheese.
