Directions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes per side or until cooked through and no longer pink. Let rest 5 minutes before chopping into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
- Slice pita bread so there are two large halves.
- Grill or broil inside halves of the pita until they are lightly toasted.
