- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Pour 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil into a casserole dish
- Wash the sprouts and then cut the ends off and chop them in half. Put them in the casserole dish.
- Drain the tofu and press it with a paper towel. Cut it into half inch cubes and add to casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and put in the oven.
- Roast for 25 minutes.
