- 1. Start by pouring the Rice Krispies in a zip-loc bag. 2. Push the air out with your hands and crush the cereal until it’s fine. 3. Pour the crushed cereal in small bowl and then the garlic powder, chili powder and salt and pepper to taste. 4. In another small bowl, add the egg whites. 5. Coat the fingers in the egg whites first, then the Rice Krispies. 6. Place each finger on a baking sheet either with parchment paper, foil or oil. 7. place in the oven at 400° for 20 min. 8. Enjoy!
