  1. Combine the broth, spaghetti, onion, broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a large pot over high heat. Drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Bring to a boil, then set a timer for 7 minutes. Toss constantly with tongs.
  3. After 7 minutes, add peas, parsley, heavy cream, Parmesan, and lemon zest. Cook, tossing constantly, for 1-2 minutes until pasta and vegetables are tender. Remove from heat.
  4. Let the pasta sit for a couple of minutes to cool and thicken. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed. Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
