Directions

  1. Coat a skillet over medium-high heat with oil. Bring a small pot of water to boil.
  2. Slice tofu into medium sized cubes and brown in skillet. Remove from pan and reserve skillet.
  3. Rinse mung beans and boil until sprouted, about 25 minutes. Drain and to the skillet.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted, just a few minutes. Set temperature to low.
  5. Add tofu, soy sauce, and pepper, to taste.
  6. Enjoy!
