  1. Combine couscous, half the lemon zest, and half the lemon juice in a medium bowl. Pour boiling water over the mixture, cover with cling film, and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Season chicken with honey and fry over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
  3. Add cinnamon, cumin, tomatoes, chicken stock, green beans, and the remaining lemon zest and juice to the pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until beans are tender.
