- Finely chop jalapeno, removing seeds. Finely chop cilantro. Peel and cut kiwi into small cubes.
- Coarsely puree the garlic, coconut milk, jalapeno, kiwi, and cilantro in a food processor. Season chutney with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle Mahi Mahi fillets with salt, pepper, and cumin. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add fish and saute until just opaque in center, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to plates and top with chutney.
