Directions
- 1. Heat 2 Tbs oil in a skillet and cook ground beef until no pink remains. Add the chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and water to the skillet and stir. Simmer until most of the water is gone. 2. Chop up the avocado and tomato and put them in a mixing bowl. Add cilantro, lime juice, and oil to the avocado and tomato and mix to combine. Salt and pepper to taste. 3. Shred the cheddar cheese and sprinkle over the ground beef and top with avocado mixture.
