Directions
- In a frying pan add the coconut oil, crushed garlic and ginger and let it go golden brown. Add the onions, the mushrooms and the tomatoes, let them cook in low heat for few minutes and keep stiring. Add all the other vegetables, spices, curry powder and coconut mil, let it boil for 5 minutes until the sauce gets thicker. Turn the hob off and add the praws in the curry, let it cook in the heat for another 5 minutes. Serve and be happy!
