- Marinade In a food processor combine, shallot, onion, chili, garlic cloves, coriander, red peppers, soy sauce, kaffir lime leaves, vinegar, lemon juice, paprika, olive oil and blend until smooth. Pour into a large bowl and add the chicken fillets and marinate overnight in the refrigerator

- Heat 1 tsp. olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat and saute the brown onion with crushed garlic for 3-5 minutes. Add beans. Mix in brown rice
