  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain, and place in a large bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl or large measuring cup, whisk together 2 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, Italian seasoning, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Set the sauce aside.
