Directions
- Start w/ making your slaw dressing by mixing in a medium bowl the following ingredients: yoghurt, honey mustard, dash of salt, black pepper, garlic powder, & paprika. Add a splash of water to lightly thin out the consistency. Then add in the chopped green cabbage and chopped carrots. Mix well and set in refrigerator til chicken is cooked.
- In two separate bowls add the panko crumbs to one and one egg to the other the egg (make sure to whisk well)
- Dip the tenderloins into the egg then the panko crumbs, till all have been coated.
- Make sure to spray pan w/ non stick spray and then add the tenders. Air fry at 360 degrees for 10-11 mins or until golden.
- Now time to build the wrap. Lay the lavash out flat and add your slaw first. Then the tenders, cheese, tomatoes, and pickles.
- Wrap tight, cut in half then enjoy!
