- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and no longer pink. Set aside.
- To prepare the white sauce, melt butter in a preheated small saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and stir for 1 minute, ensuring it does not brown. Gradually add milk, stirring until the mixture begins to bubble.
- Reduce heat and simmer the sauce for 10 minutes. Stir in pepper, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
