  1. Place the cucumber in a colander, sprinkle with kosher salt, and let drain for 30 minutes. Dry thoroughly and chop finely.
  2. Combine cucumber, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and dill. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
