Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.
  2. Dice cheese into even cubes. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together eggs and seasoning. Add ground beef and combine evenly.
  4. Mold beef mixture until a 1" meatball is formed. Arrange each meatball on the baking sheet about 1" apart from each other.
  5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes and serve.
