Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.
- Dice cheese into number of cubes based on number of meatballs preparing. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix together eggs and seasoning. Add ground beef and combine evenly.
- Mold beef mixture around each cheese cube until a 1" meatball is formed. Arrange each meatball on the baking sheet about 1" apart from each other.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes and serve. Enjoy!
