Directions
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until cooked through to 165 degrees, about 5-8 minutes per side.
- Meanwhile, place the green beans in a pan of boiling water and boil gently for 3-5 minutes until tender, then set aside.
