Directions
- In a cup or food processor, combine egg yolk, lemon juice, anchovies, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. With the blender or processor running, slowly drizzle in canola oil until a smooth emulsion forms.
