Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and cilantro. Set aside.
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with cornstarch to coat.
- Heat half of the cooking oil in a wok or large sauté pan over high heat. Add the shrimp in a single layer and sear until browned on one side, about 1 minute. Flip and sear the other side for another minute. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add the remaining oil, green onions, garlic, and ginger to the wok. Stir fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the sauce mixture and return the shrimp to the pan. Stir fry for another minute until the shrimp is cooked through. Serve immediately.
