Directions
- In a food processor S blade, process all ingredients except kale until a smooth paste is achieved
- to wash kale, fill a large bowl or pot with water and saturate the kale to shake off excess dirt in the leaves
- Place the clean kale in a dry bowl, destem and leave the leaves large or just break apart into large pieces (they will break easily when they are dry so keep pieces large). Pour paste over kale and massage into kale using hands or tongs. Take your time with this make sure the paste is well distributed.
- Place kale on several dehydrator trays fitted with a teflex sheet and dehydrate for 8-12 hours. Flip the chips and dehydrate another 8 hours until dry. Store in an air tight sealed container. Enjoy!
