- 2 carrots peeled and chopped into carrot sticks. Cut 1/2 cucumber into thin slice rounds. Cut the other 1/2 of cucumber in very this slices. In a bowl, Add chopped dill, thinly sliced cucumber garlic finely minced, 1/2 lemon juiced, 2 tbs of olive oil salt and pepper and 1 cup of greek yogurt. Mix in bowl with spoon and serve with cucumber and carrot sticks.
