Directions

  1. First sauteed the onions in a bit of olive oil. Add the lentil. Cook for 5min (add a bit of water if it's getting to dry). Add the mince, the spices and the tomato pasta. Cook for a further 5min or until the mince become brownish. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook for about 20min. (Mine was a bit too liquid so I added a bit of tapioca startch to make it thicker!)
  2. Serve with what you like. I served it with quinoa, coconut yoghurt, corn,, guacamole and topped with chives, jalapenos and chilli flakes!
