Ingredients
Chicken breast
Broilers or fryers, meat only, cooked, roasted
2 breast, bone and skin removed or 344g
Cornstarch
2 tbsp or 15g
Directions
- Mix Sake, Cornstarch, and Half the salt and pepper. Slice Chicken Very Thin and dredge in Sake and CornStarch mixture. Saute Chicken until juices run clear. Scramble eggs and add the rest of the salt and pepper. Push Chicken to edges of pan and add eggs in the middle. Slowly turn over the eggs as they begin to cook, don't stir too vigorously as the eggs will break down. Once the eggs are mostly cooked, add the peas, and the soy sauce. Serve Chicken Foo Young over rice.
