- 1.) Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread fries on the prepared pan in an even layer and bake according to package directions. 2.) While the fries cook, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, coriander, salt, onion powder and pepper then rub on the outside of the steak. 3.) Cook steak for 2-3 minutes on each side in the skillet (or until you reach desired doneness), then remove from heat and cut into 1/2-inch cubes; cover with foil to keep warm and set aside. 4.) Remove fries from the oven, top with cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. 5.) In a small bowl, combine all pico Ingredients ; set aside. 6.)
