  1. Heat a pan with a lid over medium heat and add the bacon. Cook until browned and crispy, about 5 to 6 minutes. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate and set aside.
  2. Leave a small amount of the bacon grease in the pan, then add the cabbage. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes, then add a small amount of water and cover the pan with a lid. Let the cabbage steam for about 2 to 3 minutes or until the water has evaporated and the cabbage is tender.
