- Crushed red pepper flakes

Directions
- Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sesame seeds when pan is hot and toast until they begin to brown and become fragrant. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Add oils to pan and heat, then add beaten eggs. Let cook around a minute, swirl the pan, fold in half using a spatula, wait a moment, then slide out onto a cutting board.
- Add broccoli to the pan and top with red pepper flakes. Saute until cooked, stirring occasionally.
- Cut egg into very thin ribbons and add back into the pan. Toss everything together, and season with salt and pepper.
- Add mixture to a bowl and top with toasted sesame seeds.
