Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sesame seeds when pan is hot and toast until they begin to brown and become fragrant. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Add oils to pan and heat, then add beaten eggs. Let cook around a minute, swirl the pan, fold in half using a spatula, wait a moment, then slide out onto a cutting board.
  4. Add broccoli to the pan and top with red pepper flakes. Saute until cooked, stirring occasionally.
  5. Cut egg into very thin ribbons and add back into the pan. Toss everything together, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add mixture to a bowl and top with toasted sesame seeds.
